Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active winapk account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different email addresses, mobile numbers, or names — are strictly prohibited. winapk uses technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses within them will be voided.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winapk account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. winapk will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify winapk immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected].
winapk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international gaming license obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents including a copy of your CNIC (front and back), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a selfie with your CNIC for identity confirmation. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
All winapk accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in PKR. winapk does not charge currency conversion fees; however, if you deposit via USDT TRC20, the PKR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. winapk reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of Rs 100 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance. You will be notified via your registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied.

Withdrawal requests submitted to winapk are processed by the Finance team within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals are processed during Finance team hours of 9 AM to 10 PM PKT daily. Withdrawals requested outside of these hours will be queued for the next available processing window.
winapk reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. You must have wagered at least the equivalent of your total deposit amount one (1) time before a withdrawal request will be approved, regardless of whether any bonus funds have been claimed.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by winapk are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term will prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to your winapk account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional terms of each offer. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount twenty times before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds.
Each winapk promotion is available to eligible players only. Players who have previously been identified as bonus abusers, arbitrage bettors, or who have engaged in any form of match betting using winapk bonus funds are not eligible to participate in promotions and may have bonus privileges permanently withdrawn from their accounts.

All bets placed on the winapk platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selection, stake amount, and bet type before confirming. winapk does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet once it has been accepted by the system, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred (see Section 6.3).
winapk offers betting markets on cricket including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, Test matches, and domestic Pakistani cricket tournaments. In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time at winapk's discretion — for example, during rain delays, power outages, or when a wicket falls. Bets placed before a market is suspended remain valid. winapk's decision on the settlement of all sports betting markets is final.
winapk reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly and manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error. An "obvious error" is defined as odds that deviate materially from the true market price in a way that no reasonable person could have believed to be genuine. In such cases, winapk will void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
All casino games available on winapk use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) from licensed software providers. Game results are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by winapk or any third party. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the game round will be settled according to the game provider's rules, which are accessible within each game's help section.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winapk platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winapk, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the winapk platform. This includes without limitation any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.
winapk's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winapk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winapk does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and third-party service outages may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. winapk will endeavour to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where reasonably practicable.
winapk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if winapk reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if closing your account is required by winapk's regulatory or legal obligations. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.
You may close your winapk account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure request, any remaining balance in your account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal verification procedures. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your winapk account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other aspect of the winapk service, you must first contact the winapk customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. winapk will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to resolve it within ten (10) business days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the support team's resolution, you may request that your complaint be escalated to winapk's senior compliance team. The compliance team's decision on any dispute relating to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, or account management is final and binding.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which winapk's international gaming license is issued. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution framework for any claims that cannot be resolved directly with winapk.
